    Veggie Sandwitch

    Healthy, Low fat, and satisfying.

    Wheat Bread
    Kraft's Miracle Whip
    Cucumber
    Shredded Carrots
    Small White Onions
    Lettuce
    Tomatoes
    Green Pepper (Optional)
    (All these ingredients could be bought in one of those Pre-made salad bags)

    -Wash lettuce and shred with hands. Peel and finely slice Cucumber, Onion, and Tomatoes. (Green pepper too if used).


    -Toast desired amount of bread slices. Spread a thin layer of Miracle Whipe on each side.


    -Layer all ingredients in bread......and enjoy with a glass of Juice.
